Buyers Agent was established as a direct result of a lack of
assistance given to people looking to purchase property for
whatever reason, be it to live in or as an investment. The
founder of the company experienced unbelievable difficulty in
trying to purchase a property.
He had
to make 12 phone calls in one morning, due entirely to the
incompetence of a major building society, to prevent his sale
from falling through completely.
Prior to
this, he had offers accepted on, then subsequently lost, 4
properties for a variety of reasons ranging from being gazumped
to misleading information from a local estate agent. He felt
that there should be somebody charged with making sure the
seller or the purchaser need not go through this kind of agony.
The services provided by HBA are by no means meant to take the
place of Estate Agents, Solicitors, Surveyors, Letting Agents,
Mortgage Lenders or anybody else you need to make that purchase
or conclude your sale. They will however, ensure that you have
the information required to make the correct decisions and above
all, have somebody on hand to guide you through, or even take
over completely, what can quickly become a nightmare for some
people.
Our main aim is to ensure that you are not duped in to acting
upon information given to you by people who have interests other
than your own, at heart.
Too
often, details of a property, a mortgage, or even a country are
altered to suit what that particular person thinks you want to
hear. Purchasing a property is too big and too expensive a
scenario for you not to be protected – that’s what we’re here
for.
