below, can also be made available to you, but the main attraction
of this service is that you need never make a phone call to your
solicitor, estate agent or mortgage lender/broker, ever again.
We undertake all the chasing of those parties
involved and feed back all the necessary information to you as and
when you request it. So if you tell us that you want to be updated
every Tuesday and Thursday for example, that is when we will call
you, even if there is nothing else to report!
Our signed Service Level Agreement means that if
we do not contact you when we say without prior warning, a portion
of your fee will be refunded. After all, our service would be
quite meaningless if you found yourselves having to chase us all
the time!
If you so desire, we will also collate and distribute all the
necessary paperwork, so to all intents and purposes, it is us who
are buying the property! This saves you the headaches of trying to
make time during your busy day to make a dozen phone calls and
generally call a halt to the stress involved with buying a
property.

The 'Relocation' Service (Essex only)
 This will be of interest to anybody moving to this area of the
country who doesn't have the time or resource to continually trek
back and forth to find suitable properties, and arrange and go on
visits.
The service we provide will initially find the
properties that have been specified (how often do you ask an
estate agent for properties around £120,000 for example and
receive everything from £50,000 to £300,000!) and can also provide
information on that area, such as school or leisure facilities for
example.
Once you have chosen the properties you would
like to view, we will arrange for all these properties to be
viewed on the same day, taking in to account the time needed to
travel between each.
We can also negotiate the price on your behalf if necessary. Once
the offer has been accepted, we are still on call should you need
any other information regarding the area, right up until the time
you complete the sale. We can also assist with aftercare needs
such as numbers for local gardeners, cleaners, etc.
