HOME BUYERS ASSISTANCE
 This
service is designed to save you time and stress during the most
important phase of the home buying process.
Once your offer has been accepted, you are then thrown headlong
into a constant battle with Estate Agents, Solicitors, Mortgage
Brokers, etc, in order that you can get in to your new home as
soon as possible. In reality, this rarely takes less than 3
months and you spend that entire time chasing people who should
be chasing you, and waiting for them to call you back.
With our
Home Buyers Assistance service, we do all that chasing for you
and we update you when you say you want to be updated. Also, if
we don't contact you when we say then you will be entitled to a
portion of your fee back, as if you are having to chase us then
there is no point using us in the first place!
To take care of your purchase from the start to the time you get
your keys and move in, we charge a one off fee. This basically
means that we are on call 6 days a week if you have any queries
or concerns. You shouldn't have any as we are doing everything
for you but things do still crop up from time to time.

We will attempt to find you a property in any area you wish.
We will send you the details when we get them and make sure you
only receive what is relevant to you. We will also make
arrangements for you to visit any of these properties so you can
get them all done in the one day rather than running back and
forth all the time. Once you are ready to make an offer on a
property we can also do that for you in order to try and
negotiate the price down to get a better deal.
We will search for you almost on a weekly basis for up to 3
months if necessary. This is again at a small, one off cost,
rather than the extortionately large percentage charged by
relocation agents.
Basically the service saves you the time and hassle of having to
call or visit these agents. They will put you on the mailing
list for about a week or maybe two and then they will take you
off so you have to keep chasing them. Also, the problem with the
internet sites is that they are very rarely updated so you may
fall in love with a property that was sold 3 months ago!
